IV vitamin infusions take a holistic approach to beauty, improving the skin’s health and glow by feeding the body with a powerhouse of essential vitamins, minerals, and other micronutrients.
How Do IV Vitamin Infusions Work?
During clinical rehydration or injury treatment, an intravenous saline drip solution is administered to replenish fluids and/or deliver medications into the body. In just the same way, IV fluids can be administered for the purposes of skin care and general health, delivering concentrated doses of micronutrient cocktails directly to the bloodstream. Cellular health and function is at its best when the body receives optimal amounts of certain essential compounds. And when this happens, not only are our key physiological functions at their best, so too is our skin. IV Infusions can deliver a range of compounds we know to be beneficial for skin health, including vitamin C, vitamin D, B vitamins, phytonutrients and antioxidants.
Are There Risks?
IV Infusions are extremely effective, and administered only by experienced medical professionals. All of our infusions are rigorously tested and approved by the TGA, in line with other regulated injectable substances. As per typical IV administration as well as all injectable treatments, there is a risk of bruising, and some individuals may be more prone to bruising than others.
